Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavioral consultation, develop effective intervention strategies, and support educators in creating positive learning environments where students can succeed. Join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in the Lawndale/Hawthorne, CA area.
Position Overview:
Conduct student and classroom observations to assess behavioral needs and inform effective intervention strategies. Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes. Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
Top Compensation:
Earn $67.00 - $70.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
