This contract-based opportunity is designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work closely with dedicated professionals through a flexible, hybrid approach that includes both virtual consultation (VOCO) and direct supervision of in-person Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification Experience providing supervision to RBTs in school settings Comprehensive understanding of behavior intervention plans and data-driven practice Capacity to collaborate with remote and onsite teams effectively Excellent communication skills for meetings and stakeholder updates Proficiency with teletherapy or virtual meeting platforms is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee and mentor in-person RBTs, supporting their professional growth and skill development Conduct thorough review and monitoring of data to ensure fidelity of interventions Lead or participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations Provide expert guidance on customizing intervention plans based on student needs Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to compliance standards in a school environment Work approximately 68 hours weekly, with schedule flexing based on RBT caseload and required meetings This role offers the flexibility to balance remote consultation with meaningful, hands-on supervision, allowing you to build impactful relationships with both staff and students.
