9665388-93247 Job Description Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity as an onsite Registered Behavior Technician, working full-time with a student in a supportive school environment. This role places you in a one-on-one setting, fostering a positive impact and supporting student growth every day from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Desired Qualifications:

Active BACB license as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Demonstrated experience providing 1:1 behavioral support in an educational or clinical setting Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to follow specific protocols and guidance

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized behavior intervention services to a specific student throughout the school day Implement plans and strategies as outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and educational staff Collect and record data accurately to monitor student progress Support the student in meeting social, behavioral, and academic goals Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and specialists to ensure continuity of care Respond proactively to behavioral needs and foster a supportive, encouraging environment Working as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school setting allows you to make a significant difference in both a students and a communitys daily life.
