Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the entire 2026-27 school year. This role is based in a friendly elementary school district near Littlerock, CA, offering an engaging itinerant assignment. Play a vital part in empowering both students and staff as you support a diverse range of behavioral needs—ranging from mild to severe—and share your expertise with a collaborative educational team. Your primary duties will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and working alongside teachers, counselors, school psychologists, social workers, and other BCBAs. Your insights will directly impact student growth and success throughout the school year, with consistent support from dedicated professionals. What we're looking for: Valid BCBA licensure in good standing with the BACB. At least one year of experience in a school-based BCBA position. Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Dependable transportation for itinerant needs. Passion for fostering student achievement and making a positive impact.
Logistics at a glance:
Full 2026-27 school year commitment. Standard school day, 37.5-40 hours per week. Hourly compensation ranging from $55-65, commensurate with experience.
