Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring Behavior Aides to support K-12 students in Lodi and Stockton. You'll work directly with students in classrooms or small-group settings, helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours , we have flexible options to fit your schedule. Even with only a few weeks left in the school year, we are hiring now—with summer opportunities and guaranteed openings for the 2025-2026 school year starting in July . ? Schedule Options (Mon-Fri, School Hours) Choose what works best for you:

Full-Time:

~30 hours/week (between 7:45 AM - 3:20 PM)

Part-Time:

~6 hours/day within school hours (1-5 days a week) ? Position Highlights Start Date (25-26 School Year): July 24, 2026

Lodi or Stockton, CA Pay:

Based on experience ($18+ an hour)

Duration:

Full school year ? What You'll Do Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support Implement behavior plans under BCBA/program guidance Assist with academics and classroom activities Track student progress and behavior data Support social skill development Help with daily living needs and mobility (as needed) Assist with toileting (as needed) Assist during behavioral or crisis situations ? Students You'll Support You may work with students with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

ADHD / ADD

Down Syndrome Cerebral Palsy Learning disabilities Other developmental or behavioral needs ? Requirements 18+ years old High school diploma (or equivalent) CPR certification (we can help you obtain this) TB test within 90 days (we can help here too) Strong communication and teamwork skills Must have experience working with children - preferred experience in the school setting ?
