Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Provide patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Conduct data collection and maintain accurate medical documentation
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to improve their social and behavioral skills
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children or teens
  • Proficiency in behavioral health techniques and interventions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and approaches
  • Active RBT credential or willingness to acquire (supervision and competency to be provided) This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
