ABA -Behavior Technician

Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Conduct patient assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and treatment goals Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for learning and development Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to coordinate care strategies and provide training on behavioral techniques Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation, including progress notes, intake forms, and treatment records Assist in intake processes by gathering relevant client information and preparing necessary documentation for clinical review Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Proficiency in data collection methods to track behavioral progress effectively Familiarity with special education practices and patient assessment procedures Ability to handle sensitive medical records with confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health and diagnostic evaluation processes Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families Join us in empowering individuals through compassionate care, innovative therapies, and dedicated support.
