Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist)•Part-Time | $20•22/hr | Paid Training Job Description About the Role We are seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you will help children build critical life skills through play-based and structured learning activities. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and client home settings Teach and reinforce key developmental skills, including: Communication and language skills Social and play skills Daily living and self-help skills Emotional regulation and coping strategies Safety awareness and behavioral skills Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision Track progress and complete session documentation Use play-based, engaging techniques to keep children motivated

$20.00•$22.00 per hour

2:00 PM•7:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•3:00
PM Position Type:
Part-time (with opportunity to grow into full-time) Work Location In-person position providing services in clinic and client homes Travel required between client locations (typically within 5-20 miles) Benefits Paid sick leave in accordance with California law Paid training provided Mileage reimbursement for travel between client locations Opportunities for career growth and advancement Opportunity to pursue BCAT® (Behavioral Caregiver / Behavior Technician) certification with company support What We're Looking For Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact Patient, energetic, and dependable personality Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently while following structured plans Reliable transportation required for travel between client locations No ABA experience required•we provide training. Experience in childcare, education, or healthcare is a plus.
