In this role, you will work one-on-one with an assigned student to help them meet their behavioral goals. This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals who feel called to make a lasting difference in the lives of at-risk youth.

$24 per hour

Requirements:
Comfortable working in a juvenile court school setting with students ages 12-19 years of age who have behavior challenges High school diploma or equivalent required; some college, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus 6 months of experience working in behavioral services Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to assigned student(s) throughout the school day Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans Assist teachers in maintaining a safe, structured, and learning-focused classroom Support students in meeting individualized behavior and educational goals Collect and document behavioral data, case notes, and progress toward goals Model and reinforce appropriate behavior and coping skills Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress and student behavior Support students with transitions and social-emotional regulation Work collaboratively with classroom staff, school teams, and supervisors Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times The Aptus Group participates in E verify.
