9707372-95336 Job Description Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician in a supportive middle school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. Your expertise will directly support a student exhibiting severe aggression, allowing you to utilize advanced de-escalation and behavior management skills in a one-on-one environment. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, helping a student reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

Current or previous BACB-accredited RBT credential (active status not required) Demonstrated experience working with students displaying severely aggressive behaviors Proven track record with successful de-escalation techniques and positive behavior interventions Familiarity supporting middle school-aged students in educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based behavior interventions for one middle school student Collaborate closely with school staff and behavior analysts to develop individualized support strategies Ensure the safety and emotional well-being of the assigned student Accurately document session notes, behavior data, and progress Employ proactive solutions, adapting strategies as student needs evolve Maintain clear, empathetic communication with teachers, aides, and caregivers This contract begins October 23, 2026, and concludes May 29, 2027. Compensation is competitive, with pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour and weekly pay for your convenience.
