Job Description

360 Degree Therapy is a staffing agency working with schools for children with autism and other developmental disabilities in Merced, CA . We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism, and experience working with data collection, assessment, treatment planning, and client documentation. Responsibilities Provide direct services to students in the classroom setting. Perform assessments of student's intellectual and behavioral skills. Develop and implement behavior plans based on assessments. Collect data on student's performance using electronic technology as needed. Document behaviors using electronic technology as needed. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive services for each student. Maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. Participate in professional development opportunities to further understanding of all aspects of the program. Experience is preferred but not required. Experience with an ASD program is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! The ideal candidate will be a good fit for our students and parents, will work well under pressure, be able to problem solve, be flexible, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Full-time Pay:
$75.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
