Job Description

Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This opportunity offers a full-time, onsite contract serving PreK-8th grade students across two to three school sites. You'll partner with educational staff to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that make a real impact on students daily lives. Working throughout the 26/27 academic year, youll be encouraged by a supportive team while having the chance to refine your professional expertise.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification with national board credentials Experience or strong interest in working with PreK through 8th grade populations Ability to travel between school sites within proximity Comprehensive knowledge of behavior analytic principles and intervention strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure behavioral plan fidelity Provide direct support and coaching to implement targeted behavioral interventions Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make informed adjustments to strategies Consult regularly with school teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes Maintain timely, accurate records in keeping with district and professional standards What to
