Community Support Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about improving the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape behavioral services across multiple Regional Center programs while working alongside an experienced leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and person-centered supports. This position supports our RCOC-vendored programs , including: Adult Day Program Family Home Agency (FHA) Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Supported Living Services (SLS) The BCBA provides behavioral consultation, staff training, quality assurance, and clinical leadership while ensuring services remain compliant with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), Title 17, and Regional Center standards.
Location:
Orange County, California (serving both North and South Orange County) Essential Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), behavioral evaluations, and risk assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Ensure behavioral support services are delivered within authorized hours and documented accurately. Provide behavioral consultation for individuals with complex support needs. Participate in IPP/ISP meetings and collaborate with Regional Center service coordinators and interdisciplinary teams. Deliver behavioral coaching to staff, Family Home Providers, and other support personnel. Serve as the agency's Certified CPI Instructor by providing Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training and maintaining certification records. Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) trainings for staff and providers. Support person-centered practices and HCBS compliance initiatives. Assist executive leadership with quality assurance activities, program audits, compliance reviews, and clinical projects. Help develop and improve agency-wide behavioral practices, training initiatives, and quality improvement efforts. Qualifications Required Active BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Certified CPI Instructor or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Minimum of two years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (adult services preferred). Knowledge of HCBS Final Rule, person-centered planning, and community integration principles. Understanding of California Title 17 regulations and Regional Center service delivery. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and training skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to travel throughout Orange County. Additional Requirements Valid California Driver's License. Reliable personal vehicle with current automobile insurance. Successful DOJ/DDS Live Scan background clearance.
