Behavioral Technician ($500 Sign On Bonus)

Applicants currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician or a Board Certified Autism Technician will receive a $500 bonus after 90 days of hire. B.ehavioral & E.ducational S.trategies & T.raining (B.E.S.T.) has been serving children with autism and their families in the Central Valley since 1999. We are looking for individuals to provide one-on-one behavioral treatment to children with autism. Our services are in-home, at school, as well as center-based. We provide services to children in Stanislaus, Sacramento Sutter, and San Joaquin Counties.

• Organized and independent enough to meet the demands working away from an office requires

• Able to follow procedures to the letter, can take accurate data, and are motivating teachers to children with special needs
• Feel confident dealing with disruptive or aggressive behaviors while working alone with a child in their home environment Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

In addition, the individual must be punctual and have reliable means of transportation to work. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent for entry level position Must have BA/BS degree for experienced level position. Higher starting pay is available to candidates with a BA/BS degree.
