Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Soliant Education is partnering with a supportive school district to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position. This is a high-impact opportunity to support students' behavioral and academic success while collaborating with a strong special education team.

Elementary Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data Maintain accurate documentation and compliance Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings

Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification required Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Range:
