Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in supporting children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This energetic position involves implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions, assisting with daily living skills, and collecting valuable data to guide personalized treatment plans. As an essential member of our behavioral health team, you will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life through compassionate, client-centered care. Paid positions are available, emphasizing our commitment to valuing your skills and dedication from day one. Duties Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols to support clients' developmental goals Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, and other self-care routines Collect and record precise behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in educational settings by applying teaching strategies tailored to their needs, including special education techniques Conduct behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and clarity in care plans Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting behavioral health initiatives Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and data security Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Professional commitment to ethical standards outlined in the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's (BACB) Ethical Code for Behavior Analysts Embark on a rewarding career that makes a real difference! Pay:
$25.00 - $32.03 per hour
