Behavioral Grace is family owned business seeking to build our team. We provide person centered behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Providing a scientific, trauma informed, and family first approach is our upmost priority. Many of the individuals we support attend school; therefore, our primary area of need is after school times. We are looking for team members to grow with the company and build relationships with the community we support are: Current time slots of need: 3:00pm-7:00pm

Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• at least 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Must pass an

FBI/ DOJ

Clearance. Must legally be authorized to work in the United States

• Must provide verification of TB Clearance.
• Must have reliable transportation and can provide a proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be able to lift at least 50Ibs
• Must be able to move quicly to block and evade physical aggression
• Must be able to transition quickly to and from the floor Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be instrumental in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism.

Reporting to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will utilize your core skills in applied behavior analysis, patient assessment, and medical documentation to ensure effective patient care. Your premium skills in behavioral therapy and experience working with children will enhance the therapeutic environment. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to improving the lives of those you serve, making a meaningful impact in the field of behavioral health.
