A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with full-time hours from 8 am to 4 pm, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 11, 2027. Desired Qualifications:

Valid BCBA certification is required. Prior school-based experience is highly valued. Confidence in supervising or mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). What You'll Do:

Oversee and support a small team of 1-2 RBTs, ensuring quality implementation of behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success and inclusion. Provide ongoing staff training and professional development focused on positive behavioral supports.
