Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with an excellent school district in Morgan Hill, CA to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year . This is a full-time role working in a collaborative school-based environment supporting students and staff.
Assignment Details Start Date:
August 13, 2026 |
End Date:
June 4, 2027
Schedule:
37.5 hours per week | 7.5 hours per day
Paying:
$60 to $65 an hour $3,000 Assignment Bonus• Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams Provide training and support to school personnel Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Ensure compliance with school and state regulations Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active California BCBA credential required Prior school-based experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills What we offer: Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance.
