June 4, 2027 ProCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school team in Morgan Hill, California. This is a full-time opportunity for an RBT who is passionate about helping students develop positive behaviors, build independence, and succeed in the school environment.

Position Details:

RBT Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral support to students throughout the school day Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as directed by the student's support team Encourage positive behaviors, engagement, and independence Collect and document behavioral data as needed Support students in the classroom and other school environments Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and district personnel Maintain a positive, patient, and supportive approach when working with students

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Bilingual skills preferred Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team Why ProCare Therapy?
