Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make an immediate impact by supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred Strong communication, consultation, and team collaboration skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring tools Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students as needed Develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and parents on behavior strategies and implementation Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Document services and maintain compliant records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams This unique part-time, contract position is perfect for a BCBA seeking a flexible role that still offers meaningful professional engagement.
