Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Moss Landing, CA

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school caseload in Moss Landing, CA. This contract position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, beginning ASAP through June 5th, 2026. The ideal candidate will have an active BCBA certification and a passion for working with young learners in educational settings. You will apply your expertise in behavior analysis to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with educators and families, and promote positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to each student's needs Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior strategies and interventions Maintain accurate documentation and data collection in compliance with school policies

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage caseload effectively and organize documentation
