This full-time contract opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll manage a diverse caseload of 52 students at various stages of assessment and intervention, and play a crucial part in delivering both yearly and weekly servicesincluding Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Your expertise will also help guide and support staff members on modified duty, ensuring the highest standard of care for every student.

Ideal Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Robust clinical experience with ABA in educational settings Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively Skill in conducting and interpreting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Team-focused approach, with an eagerness to mentor and support colleagues Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain a caseload of 52 students, ranging from initial assessment to ongoing services Complete FBAs and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide consultation and training for school staff, including those on modified duty Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal student outcomes Ensure documentation is timely, comprehensive, and compliant with school and clinical standards Start services as soon as possible to meet immediate district needs This contract role offers highly competitive compensation, starting at $58+ per hour, plus weekly pay.
