Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience implementing ABA strategies within educational settings Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and design effective behavior intervention plans Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Compassionate, proactive, and solution-driven approach Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Complete assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans for students Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Provide coaching, training, and support to teachers and staff regarding ABA strategies and best practices Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings, contributing behavioral expertise Support families with strategies to reinforce skills and progress outside the classroom Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant legal and ethical standards This role offers a chance to grow professionally while having a positive impact in a collaborative educational setting.
