About Oak Soul ABA Oak Soul ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and led practice dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate ABA services for children and families. Because we are clinician-owned, our leadership understands the realities of direct care — we prioritize clinical integrity, staff support, and outcomes over volume.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) who is passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental differences in reaching their fullest potential. You'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment programs in-home. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior-analytic treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs. Provide compassionate, ethical, and culturally sensitive care to each family. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings. Communicate effectively with caregivers and the clinical team. Maintain documentation and session notes in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Complete the 40-hour RBT Training (and willingness to complete training and obtain certification within 90 days). Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes (mileage reimbursed). Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass background clearance (Live Scan / DOJ / FBI).
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field. Experience providing ABA, behavioral therapy, or childcare for children with special needs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

Base Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
