Pay:

$22 to $25 per hour. Full-time benefits begin at just 30 hours per week. Paid drive time and mileage. Weekly payday. Get paid every Friday. materials reimbursement. Position Overview Behavior Technicians work one on one with children to help them build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Sessions take place in home, clinic, or community settings depending on the client's needs.

This is a meaningful position for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a real difference in their development. Responsibilities

• Provide one on one behavioral therapy with children
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support development of communication, social, and life skills
• Maintain professionalism with families and team members
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members Qualifications
• Experience working with children preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
