Clinic, Client Homes, Schools, and Community Settings Do you love working with kids, staying active, and making a real difference? We're looking for energetic, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents using play-based ABA therapy to help them build meaningful life skills. Every session is hands-on, engaging, and different. What You'll Do Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families. Implement individualized behavior plans designed by a BCBA. Turn everyday play into meaningful learning opportunities. Master the art of multitasking by seamlessly transitioning between engaging with your client and collecting accurate, real-time data—because every interaction matters, and every data point helps shape better outcomes. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and continue growing your skills. We're Looking For Someone Who... Is patient, positive, and enjoys working with children. Can think on their feet while staying organized. Is comfortable balancing direct client interaction with accurate documentation throughout each session. Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance. Is open to feedback, learning, and pursuing their RBT certification (if not already certified).
