Job Description

ASAP Interventions is the leading pediatric therapy provider in the greater Sacramento, CA area. We provide pediatric therapy services to children in-clinic, in-home, and in community settings. Join our team of therapist who change lives one session at a time. We are currently seeking an experienced RBT Registered Behavior Analyst to join our team. ```Duties```
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills
  • Support clients in community outings and activities
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients ```Experience```
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
