Registered Behavior Technician Revlin Therapy Services Oxnard, CA Job Details Part-time $26 - $29 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Revlin Therapy Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families in Oxnard and the surrounding area. We are a locally owned boutique ABA provider serving Ventura County. We're different; our goal is to create a workplace where RBTs feel supported, appreciated, and connected to the clinical decisions affecting their clients. We emphasize thoughtful programming, consistent BCBA support, caregiver collaboration, and treatment that produces meaningful improvements in everyday life. This is a part-time position with most sessions scheduled during weekday afternoon and early-evening hours. Spanish-speaking applicants are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide one-to-one ABA services in accordance with individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA. Teach communication, social, play, self-care, and other developmentally appropriate skills. Implement behavior-support strategies with compassion, professionalism, and consistency. Collect accurate data and complete required session documentation promptly. Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and treatment needs. Collaborate respectfully with parents, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings. Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, safety, and professional boundaries at all times. Follow applicable BACB requirements and company policies. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 18 years of age. Previous experience providing ABA services to children with autism or other developmental differences preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community locations in the Oxnard area. Ability to pass required background checks. Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping children and families succeed. Spanish fluency is highly valued but not required. Schedule Part-time Primarily weekday afternoons and early evenings Consistent availability during after-school hours is strongly preferred Compensation $26-$29 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, language skills, and availability.
