Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is growing our team of Behavior Technicians , and prior ABA experience is not required. We're looking for dependable and compassionate individuals who are ready to learn and make a difference. Through paid training, mentorship, and support from our clinical team, you'll develop the skills needed to provide quality ABA services. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping each client strengthen communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them strengthen communication, social, behavioral, play, self-help, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support behavior change Collect session data and complete required clinical documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Typical Schedule:
