The BCBA will oversee client programs, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FAST, AFLS, Vineland) to identify skill deficits and behavioral needs. Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data and family goals. Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans accordingly. Conduct regular parent training and support sessions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and ethical standards. Manage a flexible caseload based on part-time or full-time preference. Flexibility with working in a 2 or 3-tier model.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits. We strive to maintain a work life balance for all of our staff and our service hours are only Monday and Friday. There is flexibility to work in home 80% of time and 20% in office/home setting. Set your own hours.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
