Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school-based contract position near Palmdale, CA. In this role, you'll play a vital part in guiding positive behavioral changes and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or youth, ideally in an educational setting Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collaborate with teachers, behavioral analysts, and support staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
