ABA Job Description:
Implement the behavioral treatment plan and work 1:1 with patients on social skills, independent skills, and other essential skills, as well as reduction of problematic behaviors. Assist in designing activities and restructuring environment to support patient's positive behaviors (e.g. on-task behaviors, socially appropriate behaviors). Collect data as prescribed by each lesson plan. Complete daily session note. Communicate openly with clinical supervisor and Behavior Analyst (BCBAs), and follow through any feedback given.
What We Are Looking For :
