Ro Health is hiring qualified Behavior Technicians to work in schools! This role focuses on providing behavioral support, specifically leveraging Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strategies and technique, in a school setting, with students ranging from pre-K to high school. Previous work experience in ABA required. Our Behavior Technicians are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide. Registered Behavior Technician training path assistance included: For individuals who are not yet certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician, we will be offering a path and guidance to successfully completing your RBT requirements with a significant pay bump that comes with it.
