Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate professional to serve in a dual role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Facility Manager. This position combines direct behavioral support with oversight of daily residential operations. The ideal candidate will support adults with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges by implementing evidence-based interventions while ensuring the home operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management Oversee daily operations to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning home environment Coordinate staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times Provide guidance and support to direct care staff on-site Manage household supplies, grocery shopping, and meal planning Monitor and report maintenance needs; ensure safety equipment is up to date Maintain accurate and organized records (incident reports, medication logs, daily logs) Clinical & Behavioral Support (RBT) Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and skill-building Collect and record behavioral data accurately Use approved crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Collaborate with clinical teams and communicate with families as needed

Qualifications Required:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Direct Support Professional (DSP 1 & 2) certification CPR and First Aid certification Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to pass background check and health screening (Live Scan, TB test) Preferred Prior supervisory or management experience in a residential or caregiving setting Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Excellent verbal and written communication Leadership and team coordination abilities Compassionate and patient-centered approach Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for professional growth Supportive team environment How to Apply Submit your resume and relevant certifications through Indeed to be considered for this position.
