Hourly About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral services to students and clients. The BCBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and behavioral staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Analyze data and make clinical recommendations based on client progress Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to RBTs and other behavioral staff Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards Participate in team meetings and communicate progress and recommendations effectively Promote ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered practice Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, if required What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing education opportunities Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you're passionate about helping individuals build meaningful skills and reach their goals, we'd love to have you join our team.
