Desired Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school administrators Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach Adaptability to engage with students across multiple grade levels, from elementary through high school

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and support plans under the supervision of a BCBA Work 1:1 with students to promote positive behaviors and develop essential life skills Implement and record data-based strategies to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Foster a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary team, families, and school staff regarding student performance and goals Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times
