You will have the chance to develop a new and innovative new speciality providing services in need of Dental care . In this rewarding position, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly impact the lives of children and adults by promoting meaningful life-long progress through evidence-based practices. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with families and healthcare providers to foster positive outcomes and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), ensuring they meet each individual's unique goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client progress to inform ongoing treatment adjustments and ensure effectiveness. Provide Direct services to individuals in need of receiving dental exams, cleanings or treatment. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff to maintain fidelity to treatment protocols and promote best practices in behavioral therapy. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, challenges, and treatment modifications as needed. Qualifications Valid Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent certification recognized in your region. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Ability to conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare teams, educators, and other stakeholders.
