Responsibilities include:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians Monitor treatment integrity and client progress Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions Conduct caregiver training and parent education Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and monthly clinical meetings Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery Qualifications We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a difference.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision Experience with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance TB clearance and successful background screening Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required Join a Team That Invests in You Whether you're an experienced BCBA or newly certified and looking for a supportive place to grow, Asteri provides the mentorship, collaboration, and clinical resources you need to build a rewarding long-term career.
