Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification Experience working in schools or with adolescent and young adult populations preferred Strong organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills Flexibility to support 2-3 sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with an average caseload of 10-15 per school year Support grades 9-12+ (including post-secondary students) Consult, train, and collaborate with school staff on behavior strategies and intervention implementation Maintain accurate records and timely communication Potential future supervision of
