Location:

We are looking for fun Behavior Technicians in the (Rialto, Fontana, San Bernardino Area), area for in-home therapy working with children. Job Description Implement direct behavior therapy with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities using a fun, naturalistic approach. Teaching children how to communicate, socialize, and play through evidence base techniques. Provide 1:1 support to children in various settings including, in-home, school, and/or community. Build relationships with families and promoting family involvement. Implementation of behavior plans and interventions as directed by the Clinical team. Target skill goals as directed by the behavior consultant and Clinical Team. Electronic data collection, by collecting daily data on the child's behaviors, progress with goals as directed by the clinical team. Attend on-going training, in-services, and other meetings as scheduled. To log all hours worked, obtain signatures from authorized caregivers, and submit timesheets on time. Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. A minimum of one-year prior experience working with children. Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Ability to be active and sit on the ground for a long period of time. Ability to provide negative TB test results. Ability to pass

FBI & DOJ

fingerprinting. Adult/Child/Infant CPR & First Aid. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws/regulations.
