$20-28 AN HOUR Key Responsibilities Candidate must have the ability to: Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with skill deficits and maladaptive behaviors Identify client needs and provide appropriate services. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions, etc. Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, supervisors, etc. Listen attentively and accurately interpret verbal messages and ask appropriate questions. Understand the reactions of others and adjust behavior accordingly. Experience and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism (preferred) At least 1 year of ABA experience (preferred) High School Diploma or higher required Spanish-speaking candidates preferred ASL proficiency is a plus Requirements Current Tuberculosis Clearance DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance A valid California driver's license Reliable and insured transportation Ability to work part-time hours between 3:00-8:00 PM Compensation Hourly rate ($20-28) Health and Dental Insurance Vehicle mileage and drive time Weekend pay Bonus incentives up to $500 per month Discounted tuition at select universities Employee discount program through
