$20.00-$25.00 per hour Paid RBT training for qualified candidates Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling Local Inland Empire assignments whenever possible Paid training and ongoing professional development BCBA supervision and clinical support Referral bonus program Opportunities for career advancement into Lead BI and supervisory positions Supportive and collaborative team environment What You'll Do As a Behavioral Interventionist, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, or community settings while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities include:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Collect and record behavioral data during each session. Collaborate with families and supervisors to support client progress. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings. Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality. Minimum QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED. Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children in education, childcare, behavioral health, human services, or a related field. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Inland Empire. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to successfully complete required background screening and employment requirements. Preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience providing ABA therapy. Bachelor's degree or college coursework in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Don't have your RBT certification? Qualified candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for company-supported RBT training and certification assistance.
