Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based practices.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management strategies. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments. Support clients in achieving their goals through direct patient care and ongoing assessment. Stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of services. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years providing ABA services in a clinical, home, or school setting under a BCBA credential. (Required) Direct experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) . Proven track record of supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or other behavior therapy staff. Experience with parent and caregiver training in ABA techniques. Hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, and program adjustments based on client progress. Familiarity with insurance authorization processes and documentation requirements specific to ABA therapy. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required . Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines in ABA practice. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adjust interventions as needed.
