The ideal candidate has experience working in a school setting and is passionate about supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. Requirements Must have an active and valid RBT certification. Previous experience working in a school setting is required. Experience implementing behavior intervention plans. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, supervisors, and families. Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with children. Job Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school environment. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and document behavioral and progress data. Support students with communication, social, and daily living skills.
