Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Palo Alto and surrounding areas. We are a bilingual (English/Spanish), BCBA-led practice with a warm, supportive culture. We move fast — if you apply, expect to hear from us within 24-48 hours. ——————————————COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$22- 29/hr depending on experience Part-time and full-time hours available Flexible scheduling — afternoons/evenings preferred In-home and community-based sessions ——————————————

—————————————— Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community settings Collect accurate data on client goals and progress Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and families ——————————————REQUIREMENTS
—————————————— RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we can support you!) Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must pass background check Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred ——————————————HOW TO APPLY
