Your Role As a Registered Behavior Technician , you'll provide hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs. Working closely with leadership and consultants, you'll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities Support daily activities while ensuring health, safety, and well-being Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Collect behavioral data and monitor progress Provide adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills training Promote independence, learning, and positive social interactions Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Current RBT certification
DSP I & II
certifications (Title 17) CPI(Crisis-Prevention Intervention) certification
