Our Values We honor our clients' needs through open, respectful communication We respect autonomy, choice, and decision-making We work at the client's pace , not ours We prioritize positive, engaging interactions We prepare clients for a meaningful future beyond ABA Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, thoughtful Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who aligns with our mission and values. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , the Behavior Technician provides one-to-one ABA therapy using trauma-informed, client-centered practices. This role is ideal for individuals who believe in respecting neurodiversity, empowering clients, and making a real difference in their communities. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings Build positive, trusting relationships with clients through respectful and engaging interactions Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding progress, challenges, and client needs Support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and self-advocacy Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) College coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, Human Development, or related field (preferred) Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with developmental differences (preferred, not required) Commitment to trauma-informed, respectful, and client-centered care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to receive feedback and implement guidance from a BCBA Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (required) Training & Support Paid training provided Ongoing supervision and mentorship by a BCBA Support toward RBT certification Inclusive workplace that values neurodiversity and equal employment opportunities Why Join Us?
