Join Our Growing Team at Kids Connections! Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga. Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple: Learning to play. Playing to learn. We're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are excited to help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you're an experienced RBT or just beginning your ABA career, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Build communication, play, social, daily living, and behavior regulation skills through engaging, evidence-based interventions Collect session data and document progress using our electronic medical record system Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development Help create a fun, positive, and motivating learning experience for every child

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required Experience working with children Comfortable engaging in active play, movement, and physical activities throughout the day Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and eager to learn Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience in ABA Bilingual English/Spanish Perks +
