Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based contract role with a flexible, part-time schedule. You'll work remotely, collaborating closely with educators and families to help students build positive behaviors and reach their full potential. This contract spans from immediate start through the end of the school year, with the potential to extend for the full school year.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA national certification, verifiable via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience providing behavioral analysis services in educational or pediatric settings Strong understanding of individualized behavior intervention planning, data collection, and progress monitoring Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork with staff and families Comfortable working independently and adept at virtual service provision
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for assigned students Create, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Guide and train school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide clinical input as needed Maintain thorough documentation and data tracking to monitor student progress Adapt plans and recommendations to meet diverse needs across various age groups Whats in
